Client Support Options
It is the clients decision as to the level of ‘Support’ that they receive from the ‘Shore Office’ from ‘Full Support’ to ‘Modular Support’
- 24/7 Emergency Response and Shore based ‘ERT’
- Arranges all Class, Flag and Radio Surveys
- Attends yacht prior to Audit/Survey to carry out Pre-Audit/Survey check
- Attends all Class and Flag Surveys
- Liaises with yacht to ‘close out’ any Non-Conformities/Observations
- Liaises with Flag, Class and other regulatory agencies on behalf of the yacht
- Allocated Yacht Manager
- Ensures all ISM/ISPS/MLC certificates remain in date and informs yacht accordingly
- Ensures all yacht certificates remain in date – Flag, Class and other Certs with expiry/renewal
- Ensures all potential crew for hire are correctly certified for position onboard
- Maintains documentation database (Management Software)
- Direct point of contact with yacht
- Ensures all ISM/ISPS/MLC certificates remain in date and informs yacht accordingly
- Ensures all yacht certificates remain in date – Flag, Class and other Certs with expiry/renewal
