Operational Management
Client Support Options

It is the clients decision as to the level of ‘Support’ that they receive from the ‘Shore Office’ from ‘Full Support’ to ‘Modular Support’

  • 24/7 Emergency Response and Shore based ‘ERT’
  • Arranges all Class, Flag and Radio Surveys
  • Attends yacht prior to Audit/Survey to carry out Pre-Audit/Survey check
  • Attends all Class and Flag Surveys
  • Liaises with yacht to ‘close out’ any Non-Conformities/Observations
  • Liaises with Flag, Class and other regulatory agencies on behalf of the yacht
  • Allocated Yacht Manager
  • Ensures all ISM/ISPS/MLC certificates remain in date and informs yacht accordingly
  • Ensures all yacht certificates remain in date – Flag, Class and other Certs with expiry/renewal
  • Ensures all potential crew for hire are correctly certified for position onboard
  • Maintains documentation database (Management Software)
  • Direct point of contact with yacht
  • Ensures all ISM/ISPS/MLC certificates remain in date and informs yacht accordingly
  • Ensures all yacht certificates remain in date – Flag, Class and other Certs with expiry/renewal
